tauzero
Inspired by reading the thread about poor service from a certain luthier, I shall commend the service provided by EA to the house. I recently bought a second-hand iAmp 500 which had a broken push-button top and a couple of missing case screws. I emailed EA to ask about replacement parts (I did mention I'd bought it second hand so they knew I wasn't the original buyer) and they very kindly put a few screws and a couple of button caps in the post to me FOC. lemmywinks
They were also very helpful and quick to respond when i emailed them too, again about second hand goods. Even when it was clear that i wouldn't be spending any money on their replacement and would be sourcing part(s) elsewhere they were still helpful and confirmed that the part i had in mind was compatible. That's what impressed me, people taking their time to assist me and not wanting anything back, they now have a great reputation with me at least! Well done EA! Prime_BASS
It's a shame most companies arnt like this. Im sure if I went straight to EBMM with my intonation screw issue i would have been told to jog on!
