Yeah - I'm absolutely blown away by it - and I don't think it's at all expensive considering how much work must have gone into it.

£82 BIN (inc £12 postage - it's a very big/heavy book!!) - so that does around about the right sort of price as it's unavailable elsewhere...
But they're only $100 to pre-order (don't know about the shipping - would be a fair bit I suspect).
