It was easy to communicate with Ben online and the bass arrived carefully packed and in excellent condition as described. He shipped the bass even before the payment reached him. It was a shame that I caught him on a break from work (I live 1 Overground stop away) as I am sure we would have kept on talking about bass amps and cabs for hours!
