derrenleepoole Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Just a quick shout out to my fellow BC-ers to see if anyone around the Blackburn area of Lancashire has a NS Wav 4 EUB and could loan me the stand for a gig tomorrow night in Chorley? Somehow, without waring I might add, the bit on the stand that connects to the bass has completely sheered off! It happened luckily when I was playing the bass, and not when it was free standing. I've no idea why it's happened. There's clearly a design or manufacturing flaw at work. I'm just grateful that the bass didn't crash to the floor, but equally pissed that a gig I've been rehearsing on the upright for is now just happening on the electric. No big thing really, but still..... Well, maybe just maybe someone on here can help. You guys are great for coming through so fingers crossed Quote
