Help needed please!

I want to buy some black, clover-shaped tuners, but I can't seem to get the spec to match up with the existing tuners.

The existing tuners are 13mm (1/2 inch) tuning post with a 17mm hole with a screw-in bushing (also 17mm).

However, most replacement tuners are 13mm (1/2 inch) by 18mm (11/16") or 10mm by 14mm.

Does this mean I would have to source a 17mm screw-in bushing and then buy the 13mm tuners separately? Or could I buy the tuners and the 18mm screw-in bushing that comes with them and make them fit with a bit of modding (i.e. sandpaper or something?)

P.S. I still have some faith in basschat being able to help... we'll see though! If not, I might have to take it over to talkbass

Could try emailing overwater, as they might be able to provide tuners to suit the your guitar or at least provide you with contact info to their supplier.
