Help needed please!

I want to buy some black, clover-shaped tuners, but I can't seem to get the spec to match up with the existing tuners.

The existing tuners are 13mm (1/2 inch) tuning post with a 17mm hole with a screw-in bushing (also 17mm).

However, most replacement tuners are 13mm (1/2 inch) by 18mm (11/16") or 10mm by 14mm.

Does this mean I would have to source a 17mm screw-in bushing and then buy the 13mm tuners separately? Or could I buy the tuners and the 18mm screw-in bushing that comes with them and make them fit with a bit of modding (i.e. sandpaper or something?)

Help please! I'll be eternally grateful :)

Thanks in advance.

Tough one. This is the closest I can find but they are no name and not in black. http://phantomguitars.com/store/products/C...tuners)%09.html
