The Twickerman
I have this pedal on my board. Running it at 18v (as recommended) uses up two of my power outputs from the PedalPower 2. I am thinking of running a dedicated 18v PSU from the auxiliary 240v output of the PedalPower 2. Therefore a wallwart supply is no good. Any recommendations of a good 18v that would work well like this?
Finbar
Diago do (or did) an adapter for a 9v supply that would internally double it to 18v. So you could keep the same supply, and only use up one output. Something to think about if you could track one down. Diago don't sell direct anymore, but I rang them up and managed to get hold of one that way anyway as a kind of special order. Don't know if other companies make a similar adapter. Ghost_Bass
I ran mine with 9V and never noticed a huge diference for 18V!
vegas_hooker
You wont notice a huge difference with going to 18v. Maybe youll hear a little more clarity, maybe thats something im imagining. I still sounds viscious at deafening volume.
