dmz Posted February 17, 2008 Posted February 17, 2008 This started out life as model PB70B-87US - see avatar above ! Got two Darkstar p/u's fitted as well as a badass II bridge and dual concentric vol/tone controls - black pickguard obtained from Jeannies - I have a white pickguard as well for an alternative Geddy vibe. Darryll-Profane Posted February 21, 2008 Posted February 21, 2008 Really that is beautiful. I'm not usually bowled over by P' basses but you've done good on this one. Enjoy! Quote
Jono Bolton Posted February 27, 2008 Posted February 27, 2008 That. Is. Gorgeous! How much do those Darkstars set you back with customs and postage added on? Quote
dmz Posted February 28, 2008 Author Posted February 28, 2008 I think the postage was £23, pickups were around £150 when I bought them a couple of years ago - they are around £100 a piece now. I was lucky on that occasion not to feel the wrath of HM customs........doesn't happen much these days..........bloody computers ! Quote
joegarcia Posted March 3, 2008 Posted March 3, 2008 Good grief thats gotta be the hottest fender shaped thing I have seen in a very very long time! That really does something for me. The black/black with maple and blocks is hot already but then....wow. Quote
