LordAvon
Guys, I'm after a preamp for my bass. I really want something simple, I need at least 3 band EQ, though I'd prefer 5. and it needs a line out. A compressor would be nice, but not essential as I have my Punch Factory. I'd also like it if it had balanced in aswell as unbalanced, but that's not essential. Budget wise, under £200. Any recomendations? Silent Fly
If you can find one second-hand I recommend you the Presonus Eureka (new £279) Not strictly "for bass" but my bass sounds great through it. The compressor is one of the best I ever tried. If you look for a stomp box size pre, Tech21 SansAmp Para-Driver (below £200) or the EBS MicroBassII (above £200) could be what you look for. franzbassist
Why not get the SWR Grand Prix pre in the for sale section. Absolutely top notch bit of kit.
