Windmill Jazz - the iPod Bass
Long gone, was a really nice bass though.

Yamaha BB5000
Love Yamaha BB's, and this one did not dissappoint. Had to let it go to fund my for-life Jazz-75. Mixed feelings about that. :) :D :)

Yamaha BB300
My third ever bass, bought used and defretted it myself in 1987. Oh happy days!
The Wal looks fantastic!

Have you used it on any recording yet?
Nope, only got it on Tuesday :) It replaced a beautiful Wal Mk II/III fretless that I sold to BC'er lafrite as I wanted the thicker neck of the Mk1. Still in the stage of sorting out the strings and setup (just put some Status Hotwire half-rounds on it; the previous owner had incredibly low action of about 1mm (!) which doesn't work with my sausage fingers so I am slowly adjusting it and am nearly there)

Sei 5 string Jazz
Strangely I just realised most of my pics of this one are with it's fretted friend, ah well.

Not as nice as that stunning Sei but here's my 1988 SGC Nanyo Bass Collection SB320 fretless with upgraded Bartolini pickups (not upgraded by me) and some shiny new gold and abalone knobs.

Also,

Bassline Universal 5 Fretless

This is an interesting shaped 5 string Fretless that ad well as being worn on a strap, has an end pin and a stand so it can be used in the same member of an EUB. Lovely even tone and the construction is great... That 1 piece flamed ash body with the neck contour is gorgeous! :)

This thread is all about the sexy basses, eh? Man I love everything in this thread!

Here's my beloved Roscoe SKB 3005.

And my Traben Tribal Sun, though I understand it's a bit gaudy for most tastes. :)

SGC Nayno Bass Collection - more reader's wives than porn, especially next to that Sei

Does Barbara qualify as fretless? Defenitley qualifies a porn IMO
