Passinwind Posted Friday at 14:18 Share Posted Friday at 14:18 I recently did a new DIY preamp for my Marco Bass MV4: Bass/Midrange EQ for the neck pickup, resonant LPF ("filter") EQ for the neck one, active mixing, detented volume pots with gain cut and boost available for each pickup. Stereo output possible but not currently implemented. I was recently given a second body for this bass, the new one has a bit of fire damage from the luthier's shop fire a few years ago but appears to be salvageable.
Jerry_B Posted Saturday at 18:36 Share Posted Saturday at 18:36 My recently aquired Westone Thunder 1A from 1984. A really nice solid bass. Took quite a bit of work to bring it up to scratch as the previous owner had not looked after it too well.

Jerry_B Posted Saturday at 20:26 Share Posted Saturday at 20:26 My bitsa 'Quite Black' P-bass. Gigging at the Water Rats in 2017. Thinking of putting everything onto a sea-foam green body and not using those tapewounds any more.
