Fretless Porn

Nothing particularly exciting, but a Black Ibanez SR400FL Fretless, with Black Hardware and Black Strings (Fender Taperwounds - for that slinky feel but with a real snap to them).

Goes fantastic with the PVC Gimp Mask as well.

Time for a small update in this topic..
Bought myself a cheap Ibanez ATK 300 fretless this weekend just because I liked the looks a lot..
Turned out to be an actual good fretless in the end..
Bought it for around 150 £, again proof that you don't need to spend a lot of money to get a decent sound..

I can't believe I forgot to add my latest mwah machine to this thread. Ibanez GWB35. I disliked the black intently so armed with nitromors and a palm sander I have taken it back to natural. Not the prettiest 4 planks of wood ever stuck together, but way better than the stealth look. Only one bad knot, but that's on the back of the upper horn so no biggie. A few coats of Danish Oil and then two coats of of wax paste, et voila!

Light as a feather, really beautifully balanced and a great sound which is different to my SUB fretless. Very happy (except that it has ignited 5 string fretted GAS).
