They really produce as much power as an 18v circuit. It does take a bit of time to get used to all the knobs and what they do (no further comment on that [size=4] ). [/size]

This just arrived today. Considering I hadn't even got an email confirming the money had cleared, imagine my surprise when a knock on the door was accompanied by a bass sized box

I just sent back a Mouse 30, which although it was amazing, it was too small for me and I seem to be way more accustomed to unlined fretless than I realised. I've just been looking through the case candy. Turns out the bass was made in 2002. Crazy. It looks mint.
I even read the manual, which was actually useful as it pointed out to only change the strings one at a time to maintain the tension on the piezo bridge saddle and stop it from moving. Not that I ever intend to change them...

I know this may be a bit off topic, but those lawsuit-era Japanese copies of Fender and Gibson basses were killer! I've just bought an '80 Fernandes P-bass, black/maple (I love that combo), and it can compete with almost any Fender out there. Sure, it's not as good as many of those vintage P-basses sold for thousands (and more) but it can give any modern Fender a run for the money.
