Bit of Advice needed

Hi all, I am looking at a couple of bass guitars but do not have the chance to get out and try them
Can anyone tell me what Dean Edge 4's are like - Pro's and cons and Wieght, cant find anywhere how heavy they are.
also
Yamaha RBX JM2 and 374's.

any info on them is helpful. cheers.

When the music store I used to work in started stocking Dean, I was quite disappointed that even the more expensive models felt cheap and poorly put together.

IMO, Yamaha are pretty much unbeatable for VFM and quality.

cheers. it was an auction but not ebay. a music shop i Bath shut and the stock sold off.
managed to bag a Yam RBX-374 and an Aria 5 string (that was all the info)
I was bidding on a Godin freeway 4 but that went right out of my price range

still very happy as i got toys to play with

I had an RBX375 and, apart from a fretboard to wide for me, I liked it very much.
