Bassman Sam
What car would you compare your bass to? A supercar custom job or a Leyland. Sorry if this sounds a bit Talkass. Oops, missed a B.

KiOgon
Funny you asked I was just thinking the other day, one of my first cars was my Mum's old Austin A35 in Old English White, a good match for my Fender '57 AV P-bass in White Blonde. Lozz196
Think my 2 US Fender Precisions are probably the Vauxhall Astras of the bass world - nothing fancy, but very reliable, and you can get spare parts for them virtually anywhere.

fatboyslimfast
Probably my Nissan MPV-thingy. Comfy, reliable, and blends in with everything else! And maybe a little on the heavy side

lucky
i'd liken all jazz basses to porches- they're curvy, decent for the money, and give or take a few bits of chrome have never actually changed appearance Edited May 23, 2011 by lucky

I have to go with BigRedX on this one though. No car could even come close to my Hondo Precision copy.

Balcro
Not many J/M's out there and even fewer that switch to a J.J. So, 'cos the name's not fashionable, I reckon my GB74 - see pic on left - is a bit of a top end Skoda Octavia, but not the VRS. Open E and A; think of the keyboard generated bass from "Bohemian LIke you" by the Dandy Warhols. Balcro.
