Andy's used to be a cracking shop, but MG killed it, it was hard-core rip off prices when I was last there, but that was in MG's peak days.
Nope, still dominated by MG and Rhodes - Andy's is now a MG shop (I think - maybe something else), and also Macari's from Charing Cross Rd has moved into one of the shops that used to be MG. It's worth a look in all of them just to see what's there, there's an occasional curiosity in Vintage and Rare, Regent Sounds is friendly but a bit guitary, everywhere's got a bit to a lot of vibe of "you're probably not going to buy anything so why should I be nice to you", or in the case of Bryant's "I'd really like to sell you something so I'm going to be a bit too friendly". Andy's used to be a cracking shop, but MG killed it, it was hard-core rip off prices when I was last there, but that was in MG's peak days.
Apart from all the CCJ's against the various businesses he had at that address and the debts he left when he filed for bankruptcy - while still managing to keep his Rolls Royce - and the people he [s]stole from[/s] failed to give money to after selling their gear. Andrew John Preston is a liar and a cheat, and I said as much in the papers submitted to the Court when he ripped me off.
