I used to have 2 x 102HF cabs which I stacked vertically.
Holy christ there was a huge volume with oodles of bottom end.
I actually miss them a bit. You won't miss the 15 if you run two of those cabs together.

We had a support band last week whose bass player used an LMK and 2 210HF cabs. He had a huge sound, the cabs sounded great and they put out a ton of bass. The benefit of 10's is that the bass end is punchy not flappy.

I think the traveller cabs are too small so the bass and volume suffers.

<------- I have a 102p traveler and a 151p traveler.

Awesome sound with the mesa head, I really don't think it lacks bottom - if anything I need to cut the bottom a bit!

They wouldn't have been my first choice of cab - I got them following 2 operations for damage I did to myself from Ampegs!!
But having said Im really glad I got them now! Really nice balanced sound overall, defined and clear...

I can't compare to the STD 151 cos I haven't tried one, but if theres any specifics yoou want to know gimmie a shout!
