skej21
Bought some Hipshot Tuning pegs (Hipshot HB6C) and need to reverse one of them. To do this, you need to unscrew the peg, but on mine there is a screw that requires an allen key, not a phillips/flathead - the screw has "YFS" written on if that helps. The issue I have is that 2 of my allen keys are missing from my set (of 30!)... one of them fits that screw! Could someone with the same tuning pegs please tell me which size allen key I need so I can source a new one, please?! Thanks in advance Edited May 25, 2011 by skej21
willyf87
I had an Allen key issue with some hipshot stuff I had!! The best way was to email hipshot there pretty quick and will tell you exactly what you need.
xilddx
1.5mm if they are like mine mate. But you may as well buy a set, they'll be about as cheap as a single.
skej21
Yeah, I had a feeling it would be 1.5mm! I think I will buy a set, but if I can narrow it down, I can get a smaller set but make sure it has the right one. Thanks for the help once again guys

skej21
I had an idea and asked the D & T technician at school. He hooked me up and it is now sorted
