combo amp with clean slap sound????!

hi, i currently own a ashdown abm c210t 500 watt an ifeel it is too big, too deep and too growly.
i use a fender aerodyne jazz bass and use a few effects ranging from distortion to synth. i want a small combo amp that can get a good clean slap sound from it.
im looking to spend around £400 and would also like the amp to be quite loud aswell as i play medium sized venues.

Tecamp's 112 combo secondhand, if you can find one, probably fits the bill pretty well. It's a clean combo and compact as well.

I don't know about the used prices of these, but I reckon a markbass combo would be right up your street mate

GK MB series. There really should be an attenuator for the tweeter, but nothing the tone control can't tame.

Or a TecAmp 210 Combo. As clean as a clean thing on clean day and very loud. Want to buy one?
