1960s Gibson EB0 Fuzztone Wiring

Hi Folks,
A while back I had a 1962 (I think) Gibson EB0-F come into me to partially restored. Almost every screw hole in the bass was stripped and it was a bit of a mess. I managed to repair most of the damage but the fuzztone circuit had gone missing sometime in the past. At the time I tried searching and even emailed Gibson to ask about a circuit diagram but came to nothing.

I recently had the bass in again and I thought I'd ask here.

Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the fuzztone circuit in a 1960s Gibson EB0-F?
