weepaul Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 Some of the frets (about 2) on the upper register of the neck seem a little more worn around the E and A string. Plays fine and I don't play that high up the neck. They're round about the 14/15th fret ,just incase theres a problem that could get worse. Any suggestions ? Cheers. Quote
RhysP Posted May 28, 2011 Posted May 28, 2011 If the bass plays fine & the wear isn't causing any problems I'd leave it. You could always have the frets dressed if it's bothering you. Quote

It's worth getting yourself a fret rocker as well though as it will really help finding those pesky high frets. Quote
