Predictable maybe, but I'm saying #2. Jazzes look too plain without a p/g and I don't like creme, it looks like someone's left some white covers outside for a few months then fitted them again without cleaning them.

why not just dip the whole bass in full fat double and be done with it?



Jazz basses can be without pickguards if they have a nice figured wood top, or perhaps a sparkly razzle dazzle finish at a push, otherwise, pickguard stays on.... and pickup covers stay black.
