the hen Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 (edited) For sale, my beloved USA-made Music Man StingRay 4... Made in 2000 3 EQ Active Electronics (has fresh Duracell 9V battery) Maple neck and fingerboard Cobalt blue pearl colour Clear pickguard Fantastic low action Some minor playwear - a few body dings on body and headstock, but nothing significant. A rock-steady, punchy, growly bass capable of so many different tones... if I could keep it, I really would. A SUPER funky bass, 100% Made in USA Will be posted with a high quality Ritter gig bag. Have custom ordered a Jaydee bass so she has to go, (I also have a 1977 MM Ray 4 you see) Feel free to contact me. Thanks! Mark. Edited June 9, 2011 by the hen
Tait Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 For some reason when I clicked on the first attachment I got a warning telling me that it's a "Known Malicious Website".

gareth1982 Posted June 2, 2011 Posted June 2, 2011 any interest in a trade for my 5 string gibson les paul bass, 1997, black, immaculate, active bartolinis, or maybe for my all original 1977 Guild B-301 fretless? I can supply pics of either/both if you are interested. Cheers
the hen Posted June 2, 2011 Author Posted June 2, 2011 (edited) Video of the bass in action! Sound is a little iffy but you get the gist!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e6keLGpE5UQ Edited June 2, 2011 by the hen

Wiggybass Posted June 3, 2011 Posted June 3, 2011 Hi - I can't quite make it out in the picture, is the serial number E18879 by any chance? Just looks very like a 'Ray I owned a while back. Cheers!

All straight now though, quite possibly the best MM neck I've played, (possiby even better than my '77) Edited June 8, 2011 by the hen
