Putting music on itunes

From the early research I've done I've seen that there are various facilities/ways to upload and sell from itunes - ie. through CD Baby, Tunecore -

how have other people gone about it?

I use routenote.com - it's easy & gets the tracks on amazon and a few other sites as well
