tony_m Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 Much as I love Fenders (especially Jazzes)... [attachment=81697:eye_bleach.jpg] Quote
Grand Wazoo Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 Looks like he brought all his dinner up while he was playing and plastered the bass with puke. Quote
Sawtooth Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 Billion Dollar? It looks more like a prize from a 'penny falls' arcade pusher ... Quote
Prime_BASS Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 Handlaid jewels??? Looks like sequins to me, I didn't know fender hired primary school children. Quote
TheRev Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 I quite like it.... What's with all the new signature models this year? Is the Fender marketing team having a quiet month or something? And why Dennis Dunaway, I'd be surprised if any bassist under 30 even knew who he was. Quote

chris_b Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 What a waste of "Master Builder" Paul Waller's time! Quote
Green Alsatian Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 It's nice to see Dennis get some recognition - a great bassman. I used to play along to Killer, School's Out and Billion Dollar Babies when I first started playing bass in '89. I like it, but I couldn't imagine anyone else but him playing it. Hey, I wonder if Gibson will bring out a signature EB styled after his Frog bass, which is just as decorative. Quote
