Heathy Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 (edited) I am looking to sell my Yamaha BB1100s, bought new in 1987. It was gigged regularly over the next few years and underwent the following modifications in the late eighties/early nineties: - brass/bone nut - OBL pickups - Schaller bridge - Hipshot D-tuner - Pickup selector replaced with pan switch After buying a Kubicki bass in 1992, I had the frets taken out of this one, realised I couldn't play fretless and put it in the loft. Fast forward to the present day. It has now had a new maple fretboard and a general spruce up. It has a few dings – mainly on the base of the body and the end of the headstock – but still looks and sounds great. I am looking for £350 (was £400), which will cover the cost of the latest mods! This includes a hard case covered in lots of stickers from the 80's. No trades – sorry. chrismuzz Posted June 4, 2011 Posted June 4, 2011 You're nuts to sell this for such a low price! Good luck to you, and the undoubtedly happy buyer whenever they stumble across this
