D'Addario Nylon Tapewound Strings

D'Addario has some good Nylon strings out for long scale. Has any one else tried them?

Hi,
Please can you elaborate a bit on the tone. Is it just an upright tone, or would you say a reggae "thump" or interesting old-school funk tone can be achieved? How does the fingerstyle sound compared to the pick tone?
