Will depend on what the fret slots have been filled with. For my G&L Tribute L2000, with plastic inserts, was quoted £45. For a Fender Precision, with sawdust and glue infills, and where the slots would have to be "re-cut", was quoted £105. Both prices from the same repairer.

Not a lot more than a Re-fret. £150?
Watchout for 'board markers; The edge markers will align with the frets, not the "gaps". Being a fretless originally, I doubt it'll have markers on the front face...

Why not trade the bass for it's fretted cuz? Ironically, I'm contemplating defretting my Ibby! If I had a fretted jazz I'd swap necks with you.

130-150 at the gallery, i know that coz i just stuck my p in there. depends on how it is fretless-ed though. Mine was a bit of a dodgy job so it's costs more to restore it.

Should be getting a Spector real soon which someone has defretted, already got a quote for refretting it £110 and that includes a FULL set up and check :)

£120 to £150 I guess, not sure how much difference it would make if it's a plain or lined board. My Jazz de-fret was £110 and I am very happy with the result (cool ebony inserts).

IMO unless the bass is fantastic and you're never going to sell it, I wouldn't add frets to a fretless as there aren't enough fretless basses around in the first place. Either find a fretted bass that you like or if it's a bolt-on neck have a fretted neck made for it.
