Clarky
There's one FS on BassChat (a 5'er) although that doesn't directly answer your question http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=...p;hl=grooveline

I'm strictly four, though...
Machines
Yes, have seen 2 at different shows this year. Both times I had to sit down as I felt queasy.
Clarky
This shop in Belgium claims to have them in stock http://www.keymusic.com/en/product/Ibanez-...e-Deep-Espresso

Spoombung
Still no sign of these basses in the UK. Disappointing....
Spoombung
Blimey. I actually saw one at the London Bass show for the first time yesterday (a year after their introduction). Couldn't tell what it sounded like due to the noise pollution but it sits up in the lap in the perfect playing position - just as others have said. Impressed! they brought the price down by £300 but i still feel £1500 is too much, somehow. There are still no shops that stock them - you have to order them. That's a pain. Spoombung
Italy is the last home of Prog Rock. Why is that? Well, I have to say there's nothing particularly distinctive about the tone to my ears, but then again, there's no space in this guy's music to hear it. Jack
There's some better stuff in the second video for a bit. But isn't faster better?
Cosmo Valdemar
That tone sounds like 'generic modern bass'. Not very impressive IMHO.

What a pity.

Looked a bit odd but I understand the experience is in playing one. (As always....) Seem to recall the rep lamenting the fact that they'd be pricey because of the exchange rate.
