Spoombung Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012
Awesome bass, and awesome playing Meester Spoombung
Thanks, Eude. The only mistake I made with the spec was not thinking about where the dots on the side go, so the bass is back with Alan and I've asked him to move the dots under the fretmarkers rather than having them in the middle. It's amazing how bad my eyes are now, I'm sorry to say. I just cannot see the fretlines in anything but bright sunlight so I'll have to rely on the dots. Visual guides have become more of a priority in my middle age. I didn't anticipate that. Quote
eude Posted March 23, 2012 Posted March 23, 2012 Not a huge mistake mate, I guess that's quite a minute detail in the grand scheme of things, one I would probably overlook myself, so I'll keep that in mind. Dots, lines or otherwise, you can really make that bass sing mate Quote

badboy1984 Posted October 21, 2012 Posted October 21, 2012 I'm joining the ACG club now Traded my 4 string Stingray 3 band EQ for this ACG J Type 5 string. Simply fall in love with the bass, everything just feels perfect for my ideal 5 string. Nice fast neck for me, not chunky, 24 fret and the mid on the bass is superb. Quote
eude Posted October 22, 2012 Posted October 22, 2012 Welcome to the club mate That's a gorgeous bass you've got there. Sister to my one too, well kinda... Eude Quote
