Glad to see this amazing bass went to a good home :)

It looks even better on video for some reason...

What a great pair of video's, and Hannes obviously with a sense of humour too

It makes me want a fretless.

Thank you but I'm presently trying to cut back - too many basses. It looks rather nice, all the best with the sale.

I might have almost concluded the deal for another ACG

I just 'happened' to be browsing Alan's 'available now' pages when I spotted this beauty!

5 piece Maple/Bubinga neck with Ebony fingerboard with Maple fret lines. 24 fret / 33" scale / zero radius.
Two ACG FB Humbuckers in to an ACG EQ03 4K.

Sad day...I just can't cope with the 33" scale for some reason so it's heading off back to alan :-(
[/quote]

That's a real shame dude.
How long did you give it? Might take a little while to become accustomed to it...

a great shame cos it's a beautiful bass, even lovelier in the flesh!!

...you know when you just don't gel with a bass...I knew straight away but I pressed on hoping I'd grow to love it...no dice I'm afraid...sadly I need 34" of your inches please!!

I still have and love my ziracote 6'er so I'm staying firmly in the ACG camp :)
