The only concern I'd have it that the maple board can wear pretty easily so you'd need to ask the question or take a look ahead of bidding, but for anything under £250 that's good buy. It also has very short fretlines on the treble side of the neck that make intonation very easy (by lining these up with the more normal dots on the top of the fretboard to get a virtual fretline), whilst still retaining the appearance of an unlined board.
