*Stolen* Ampeg Dan Armstrong Plexi Bass - Reissue

A friend of mine has had his Dan Armstrong resissue, stolen in the Bury St. Edmunds area of Suffolk, these aren't too common here, it was imported from the U.S, photos on the way, would appreciate a heads up if you guys see this anywhere, cheers.

Yeah, thats what I'm hoping, was stolen on a train between Ipswich & Cambridge, so I doubt it's likely those who took it know what they've got..

Keep an eagle eye on Ebay & Gumtree - I'll bet that's where it turns up. Such an unusual bass, it will be utterly bloody obvious when the [s]light-fingered scumbag[/s] seller plainly hasn't a clue what it is.

Yeah, Ampeg & Kent Armstrong had it at Namm 2008, think there is a bit of a waiting list on the USA preorders though, it's not my style but it's so damned pretty I kinda want one just to look at..
