bassintheface
Hi all, I Play in the Rugby League's in stadium house band and we do all the major in stadium ents. This Nov Wales are playing Australia in the 4 Nations. We've been asked to propose some songs / bands with links to both countries. Can I get some suggestions of well known / popular songs etc?! It's a 4 piece band: 2 x guitar, drums, bass, 3 part harms and 1 guitarist also plays keys. I've already got AC/DC, INXS, Stereophonics, Manics ( Australia is the ideal song from them), Feeder, Super Furrys and Bee Gees etc I'm purposely ignoring Rolf, Waltzing Matilda etc! Any other decent suggestions? Cheers!

stingrayPete1977
You say ignor Rolf but I think a drum and 3 part vocals version of 2 little boys could be really good if you pulled it off well? Watch them big rugby boys well up

vsmith1
I'd suggest Airbourne - though very much in the same vein as AC/DC; but as someone mentioned a didgeridoo then some songs from Jamiroquai like Didjital Vibrations (great groove).
