I have just bought one of Paul's designed T shirts, and while technically from an online store, Paul was very helpful in making the design available for me.
On Saturday evening, I enquired about a design he had done , but could not find to buy, he said he would ask about it it for me.
An hour later the store had hosted the design , I bought it , and it arrived on the Tuesday . That'll do for me
