herman
hi all, ive got a little mark 2 head, problem is when i switch it on, it makes a slow whirring noise, sounds like the fan is struggling to get going but after about 30-60 seconds its fine with no noise, just wondered if this is a common problem with these heads or do i need to replace the fan? thanks mick. Shambo
I've got a LM2 and I've never had that problem. Sounds like a service might be in order... if needed, a new fan shouldn't be too expensive, (famous last words).
Ou7shined
Carefully whip off the top cover and with a fine paint brush and a Hoover nozzle at the ready brush out all the dust and crap that had been sucked in. Obviously unplug it first.
