Lemuel Beam
Hi folks here is an '80s Fenix plywood precision body in tobacco burst for sale. It has been routed for p/j and a neck position humbucker. I bought it as a complete fretless bass from Leeds Drum Centre in 1984, as an introduction to the fretless art. The electrics packed in after time and I've never got around to rebuilding it. As you can see in the pics it has had at least two necks fitted in its time. Neck pocket is 65mm wide and 16mm deep Price? Dunno really, £20.00 plus postage? I'm open to offers.. Cheers Mick Edited June 24, 2011 by Lemuel Beam

I could be wrong like.
Lemuel Beam
Looking closely at the routing holes I can see definite horizontal strata.. Mick
Matt P
as the new owner of this body i can confirm that it very much appears to be solid wood not ply, my knowledge of woods is very poor but it's going to become my new gigging bass, all i need are a whole heap of other bits (neck, pickguard, j-pup) Matt
