Wooks79 Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 (edited) Epiphone EB-0, short scale in cherry - now down to £50 picked up. Just had a set up and new strings, has inlay block stickers on the neck, replaced the volume and tone knobs with black ones. Has a few dings and chips in the paint, but the one I made sure of taking pics of was a chip to one of the horns, and there is a screw hole from a previous strap pin. Cheap, cheerful and lots of fun. Have a look... The usual stuff applies, I'm lazy, busy and honest about it, so posting is generally a hassle and a problem, so this is for pick up from Manchester. Thanks very much folks, Si. martthebass Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 Sold one of these a few months back...cheap as chips and great fun but had GAS for a Sue Ryder I'd put a strap pin back in the hole - on mine the plate pin position made the bass balance like Sh......
Wooks79 Posted June 22, 2011 Author Posted June 22, 2011 Haha. Yeah, it does indeed suffer from that lovely epiphone neck dive I found these so fun, I GAS'd for a Gibson SG bass, so now I have that, I just don't need this around anymore. Part of my wifes newly imposed 'one in one out' policy
Blademan_98 Posted June 22, 2011 Posted June 22, 2011 Shame you are in Manchester! I would have bought it if you were closer.
Wooks79 Posted June 22, 2011 Author Posted June 22, 2011 Forgot to mention, comes with a scruffy old gig bag too.

Wooks79 Posted November 9, 2011 Author Posted November 9, 2011 Someone buy this, I need some space in my man-cave!
Wooks79 Posted March 30, 2012 Author Posted March 30, 2012 Bump! Down to only £50! Buy it to smash in a fit of rage, or to sledge on, or to use to start a rock'n'roll campfire!
Wooks79 Posted March 30, 2012 Author Posted March 30, 2012 Cheers for the offer, reckon if I could have posted it, it would be long gone, but I honestly never get many chances to get out, combined with being lazy and hating post offices... It's my own fault, I know
jonsebass Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Yep, you are right there. Always gassed for one of these..will have to carry on gassing, but lets call this a cheeky bump.
paul_5 Posted March 30, 2012 Posted March 30, 2012 Tempted by this, not too far from the People's Republic of Mancunia either... Damnit GAS!
Wooks79 Posted March 30, 2012 Author Posted March 30, 2012 Do it! It comes with a really really sh*tty gig bag too! (am I selling it? lol)
Paul S Posted April 11, 2012 Posted April 11, 2012 Like others have said - if you would post it I'll have it immediately. It's no bother - get a box, or make one from bits, arrange for it to be collected.
Wooks79 Posted April 11, 2012 Author Posted April 11, 2012 Cheers but not something I can do for this bass. Due to my work and other things, I have very little time spare to do that, and personally, I much prefer to do business in person, saves any problems... I've trawled all over the country to pick up stuff, but I obviously understand that people might not want to for a £50 epiphone
