Monckyman Posted June 26, 2011 Posted June 26, 2011 Ok Coldplay Janelle, beyonce ... ultra yawn. Queens of the Stone Age. Nuff said. Quote
TJAS92 Posted June 26, 2011 Posted June 26, 2011 Watching them now, They are absolutely killing it, love the music and the bassist has some pretty tasty instrument Quote
JTUK Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 ha ha... terrible, terrible and unwatchable..but that is music, isn't it Quote
smb Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 They didn't sound great or play well but it was nice to see something decent. Quote
ben604 Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 I'm a massive Queens fan and thought they sounded rough as sh*t. It's been nearly 10 years since their last great album and they've never sounded as good live as when it was just Josh, Nick and Dave. Still, better than Beyonce by a country mile. Quote
Monckyman Posted June 27, 2011 Author Posted June 27, 2011 Agreed, not their best by a mile, but still vibrant and full of life. Quote
mikhay77 Posted June 27, 2011 Posted June 27, 2011 They did rock though, slightly unrehearsed but I really like that raw edge, far better than U2 and depressing Cold play IMO But Bouncie Kowles all girl band played pretty good, and yes I know theres a loada sample bla bla but they could all play and if you listen back to some of the drumming, she was awesome.
