PTB
I've seen something on here that I'm keen on so funds are needed! Here is my EB MM Stingray 5 in translucent teal with a maple fingerboard. It looks great and the colour varies from green to blue depending on whether you're in natural or stage light. I have owned this bass for around 7 years and it's in good condition. There's a couple of small dings, one on the front near the top which is more like a small oval mark and one on the heel of the neck where a small piece of finish has gone - see the middle picture for this. No-one can see either of these when you are playing the instrument. Comparing the serial number with those at http://musicmanbass.org suggests it was originally built in 2000. It has D'Addario ProSteel strings which I put on about 8 weeks ago and haven't played it much since. I do have some feedback in that section if you wish to peruse it. I'm looking for £700. ThomBassmonkey
This bass makes me glad that mine had the colour stripped before I got it, but also with that mine had a maple board haha. Awesome bass and very fair price.
PTB
Thanks guys. Yes, it's priced to sell quickly. I was sorely tempted by your red Sandberg Thom but I've got my eye on something else now....
ThomBassmonkey
What's that if you don't mind me asking, it must be something nice? I got a Ray 5 for the Sandberg, so I'm happy (as much as I miss the 'berg!).
Delberthot
I had a teal 4 string with rosewood board and white scratchplate and it looked awful but the combination of the colour, the larger black scratchplate and the maple look amazing. If I had the Doddies I'd be having that.

This is now on hold pending the usual. Edited June 28, 2011 by PTB

Rumple
I had a 4 string Sterling in that colour and loved it, looks even nicer on a 'ray 5, luckily this has sold as it would have been very tempting.
