soopercrip
Did anyone else go? Had a real nostalgia trip. Could find fault if I wanted to be picky, but i wasn't there to compare with the original. I had a great night and full praise to the band for an excellent 2hr+ show. Well worth catching if your a 'floydie', or even if you aren't. For the gear freaks he had 2 precisions (one well thumbed and one newish looking with a p/j pickup set up) and a lakland 5 string with a stingray style headstock. Best I can do guys. Check them out http://www.britfloyd.com/ maybe you can tell me what they are on the vids Andy
kevin_lindsay
They're a great outfit. Brit Floyd are playing next Saturday at the British Grand Prix. I've already bought my tickets for the show in Glasgow next May!!
urb
I'm friends with the lead guitarist Bobby Harrison - we had a band together for a few years - he's a very fine player and I'm chuffed for him that he's now playing to massive audiences on a regular basis - the BF band is very good indeed. Doddy
No disrespect to the band- I regularly gig with Rob on keys and Carl(the sax player) deps for me occasionally.....but I am always surprised that a tribute band gets gigs that big.
