Modern Retro

Here's my latest setup.

Ashdown UK-made all-tube head with matching LB212 cab, plus a P-Retro fitted Squier Matt Freeman.

It's a killer setup. The amp goes very loud, and the bass was good even before the P-Retro went in.

Cheers

Gareth

Thanks Raggy

Yes Dunc, the Smith and Wal went some time ago. I think my uber boutique bass days are past me now, shame it cost me so much to realise it!

It's just the Veillette fretless (awesome), BSX upright (awesome), and the P bass now. I may get a small lightweight digital head as well, but this seems to be doing it for me just now.

Nice setup btw![/quote]

Well, clearly it's a subjective term, but to me it is plenty loud enough for my two bands, and one of them is a Jam/Weller tribute band so quite, er, loud.
