dmccombe7
Tried an Ashdown ABM amp with the Ampeg 8x10 cab the other day at an audition / rehearsal. What a sound. Not sure whether it was the cab, the amp or the combination but with everything my Jazz had a great sound. Full rich with good clarity and lot of depth. Very nice and i now have gas again. dmccombe7
It belonged to the rehearsal studio. Berkley Studios in Glasgow. Not bad for £28 / 3 hr slot all amps and basic drums supplied incl PA system. and Roland keyboard amps too. Marshall 4x12 cabs and amps too. Also supply Roland Jazz Chorus amps which I always liked back when they were very popular. Good quality rehearsal studios and would recommend if you're in the area. Wouldn't like to be the roadie who carries this monster cab around though. One heavy looking serious bit of kit. Cheers Dave
