GreeneKing
Here's the general look I'm pursuing (with thanks to Sugden for stealing his render for his 6er): Body front, holly: Rear, contrasting walnut (and very light too): Bloodwood in the sandwich: Neck is 5 piece, wenge and bloodwood: Fingerboard is a stunning and busy piece of birdseye maple, acrylicised: The scale will be 34" with a 20" board radius. Both pickups will be mounted in a single bloodwood housing with a P to the neck and a MM to the bridge with near to conventional positioning. String spacing will be narrow at 15mm with custom black hardware and the electronics will be a U Retro Deluxe courtesy of John East. The neck will be set into the body. That's it Peter
eude
Looking great el Pedro! That Walnut is particularly lovely. Usually Black Walnut is disappointingly light, but that is gorgeous... Loverly contrast going on between that and the holly too. Eude
