Pow_22
For my Bison i always go for long scale because of the size of the head stock. Having never really re-stringing a squier P im wondering which option i should select on the status website? Also anyone else use these on a P? acidbass
I was actually wondering this myself yesterday as I am going to go for a set of Half Wounds on my fretless once it's had some work done to it. I came to the conclusion that Long Scale was the best option as they're made for basses with a 34" scale length (AFAIK)
jezzaboy
I have had them on a P bass and they sound good. I prefer the Half Wounds though and that is what I have on the P bass at the moment. I am pretty sure they are long scale. They are excellent strings and great value. Jez Edited July 18, 2011 by jezzaboy
BassBus
I'd go for long scale. I have halfwounds on my Tokai Jazz and they sound great. Full of character.
