girya32 Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 after you have bought the Status version(s) from Senmen, you could get the Warwick version to complete the set http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Warwick-Buzzard-John...#ht_1256wt_1005 Quote
Deep Thought Posted July 18, 2011 Posted July 18, 2011 I've never been able to work out the shape of those-is it supposed to look like a buzzard? I have nothing but respect for John Entwistle, but he did play some silly basses. Quote
girya32 Posted July 18, 2011 Author Posted July 18, 2011 I think the top 2 "horns" are the wings, the bottom horn near the neck represents the talons and the head is... the head there must be a sketch somewhere, but I can't find it online http://www.buzzardbass.com/Site/index.htm Quote
Roland Rock Posted July 19, 2011 Posted July 19, 2011 Shouting about 'No Reserve' then starting it at £2k is just stupid Quote

As a bidder I'd rather walk away from something that's visibly priced higher than I want to go than waste effort bidding and being the highest bidder only to find out that the auction still hadn't reached the invisible reserve price (which has happened to me many times). Correct! Martin Sim (custom leds) custom painted a warwick buzzard (with a buzzard motif strangely enough?) seem to remember it was blue/black used to have it on his trade stand. Quote
