Shockwave Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 (edited) Just won a nice spalted maple top NT 6 string bass off of ebay. Its by the brand Hudson,. Though its a generic brand name, The body design is the same as the Curbow and is very similar to the Tanglewood canyon series. However this bass looks pretty sharp! I have allways wanted a spalted top. I hope it has the MM sound i am after! And considering its been a few months since i have had a 6 string i think its a wise buy, Full pics and review when it comes in! Its a marked diversion from BCR's but hell they dont make 6 string stock basses. Edited March 4, 2008 by Shockwave Quote

thedontcarebear Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 I'm sure it will be nice, is it made in the Cort factory? Quote
JoeS Posted March 4, 2008 Posted March 4, 2008 Blimey, that does look a bit special, not bad for just over 200 quid. It'd be interesting to find out if it came from the Cort factory, especially since they "discontinued" the Curbow 6 a while ago... Quote

thedontcarebear Posted March 7, 2008 Posted March 7, 2008 (edited) That original picture has chrome tuners and a kind of smoked dark bridge, like yours, well, that's what I thought it was anyway! Edited March 7, 2008 by thedontcarebear Quote
