I've owned a bass guitar for about four years; I'm still rubbish at playing them, but I'm a lot better than I was. Not gigging at the moment (but looking to, assuming the band holds together that long). Musically I'll try anything except metal and late-70s soul (and Simply Red, who I cannot abide). I'd like to do more folkish stuff. I'm impressed by this forum, and by how well-mannered it is. I hope to be here for a long time. Quote
