Just been searching about for strings my gauge, the shops are no help. Plus they seem shocked whenever I ask for 30/35 gauge steels.

My usual gauge is 35 mostly, 30 whenever I feel like it & 40 rarely. I don't think I go any higher. I feel alot of muscle strain in my forearm on my picking hand, and these were with 50's and 45's. So I went with the loose tension and I don't experiance the pain anymore
