TheGreek Posted July 22, 2011 Posted July 22, 2011 Nice bass...not Afzelia?? I managed to sell mine on the Warwick website forum after little or no interest on here...lovely basses but do you really need 26 frets?? Arguably the most impressive thing with these basses is the range of tones from the MEC/EMGs (I had the former), that and the lack of nosedive that you get with the Thumbs.. I think that at £650 this is an absolute steal but with Warwicks selling for stupidly low prices at the moment this may seem reasonable - you do get a lot of bass for your money with a Warwick. Best of luck with the sale...
thestick Posted July 23, 2011 Author Posted July 23, 2011 Yes it was, The only reason im having to sell is that I have ordered a new wal fretless and need to help fund it.
lobematt Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011 What's with all these tasty cheap Warwicks and me having no money???
thestick Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 Just got on scales with bass then without seeems to be 9lb hope that helps.
TheGreek Posted July 27, 2011 Posted July 27, 2011
Do you have an accurate weight for the bass?
Mine was very comfortable and well balanced - I think it was 8.4LBs IIRC - made from Afzelia which is bit redder than this appears to be...I can recommend these 100%...
thestick Posted July 27, 2011 Author Posted July 27, 2011 hope my bass is not lighter as that will mean i have put more weight on!
